Applicon is on a journey where it plans to go from consulting to develop more services for the banking and finance market to meet their customers' future needs. To succeed in this, we are now looking for a CTO who will have full responsibility and mandate to drive Applicon's technical agenda to the next level. You will also be responsible for development, information security and personnel in IT. This position is part of the company's management team and reports directly to the CEO.
We are looking for you who want to be a key person in running a modern and agile product and service company. You will lead the work of setting the technical roadmap to support the overall strategy. You will also lead the continuous development of Applicon's development and management processes. To take services and products to the next level, there is a need for more automation, to introduce new technologies and to change working methods.
To fit into this role, you have experience of being responsible for the technical development of products, preferably in companies within banking and finance or other transaction-intensive solutions with high availability requirements. You have extensive knowledge and experience in test automation, preferably DevOps in SAP and experience in agile development methods and information security.
We believe that in a solution-oriented way, you think it's fun to dig in and build new things. We also believe that you are curious and think that DevOps is a good source of inspiration and are used to lead the work in introducing test automation in teams. As a person, you are curious and willing to attack a problem from different angles to find solutions. It is also important that you are team-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
